I'm sure that you, like the rest of us, are still mourning for Michael Jordan's retirement ( from basketball...we're all entertaining that he retired baseball.) Michael Jordan was a crowd pleaser for his dazzling speed and precision to be sure. However , we all know the actual reason that this name has forever changed basketball : his vertical leap. You say'Michael Jordan' and this is definitely the image that suggests itself. now that he's's retired a fresh set of sportsmen must come in who can take his legacy and make it better. If you wanna jump like Mike, you will learn it is not all genetics.
The vertical jump is critical to just about any sport. Whether basketball is your passion or volleyball or whatever else, increasing your vertical jump will make you a better athlete. Do not despair if right now your vertical leap looks only slightly better than a hop. It won't occur all at once but you definitely can improve. These are some starter exercise routines :
